What Information Should I Include For Each Photo?

Created by Stareworthy® Customer Service, Modified on Mon, 1 Jun at 11:07 AM by Stareworthy® Customer Service

The information you provide helps StoryScribe™ transform your memories into a personalized story. Don't worry about writing perfectly— the most important thing is sharing the details that make the memory meaningful to you.

For each photo, consider including:

  • Who is in the photo?
  • What is happening?
  • Where did the memory take place?
  • Why was the moment special?
  • Are there any funny, sweet, or memorable details you'd like included?

Examples:

Example 1: Describing A Memory

Instead of:

"Emma at the beach."

Try:

"Emma spent the afternoon collecting seashells at Folly Beach. She was excited every time she found a new one and insisted on showing each shell to Grandma."

Example 2: Introducing a Family Member

Instead of:

"This is Grandpa Joe."

Try:

"Grandpa Joe loves fishing, telling stories, and making everyone laugh. He always brings a pocket full of peppermints when he visits and never misses one of Emily's soccer games.

Example 3: Describing Something Your Child Did

Instead of:

"You cleaned your room."

Try:

You've worked hard to put your toys away and organize your books on the shelf. You have been learning responsibility!"

The more context you provide, the more personalized and meaningful your story can become.

Remember, you don't need to write a finished story. Simply describe the memory, and StoryScribe™ will handle the storytelling.
