Creating a StoryScribe™ book is simple! Follow the steps below to transform your photos and memories into a one-of-a-kind story for your child.

Step 1: Choose Your Book

Select the StoryScribe™ title you'd like to create. Each book has its own theme and design, but the customization process is similar across all StoryScribe™ products.

Step 2: Upload Your Photos

Upload the photos you'd like included in your story.

When choosing photos:

• Select images that are meaningful to your family, and the moments you're trying to share
• Phone photos can work perfectly, but be mindful of resolution
• Professional photography is not required, your everyday moments are great!
• Photos that capture real moments often create the most memorable stories

Step 3: Tell Us About Each Memory

For every photo, you'll have an opportunity to share details about the moment.

You don't need to write a polished story. Simply tell us:

• Who is in the photo?
• What was happening?
• Where did the memory take place?
• Why was the moment special?
• Are there any funny or meaningful details you'd like included?

Example

Instead of:

"Emma at the beach."

Try:

"Emma spent the afternoon collection seashells at Folly Beach. She was excited every time she found a new one and insisted on showing each shell to Grandma."

The more details you share, the more personalized your story can become!

Step 4: Review Your Entries

Before continuing, take a moment to review your photos and memory descriptions.

Check that:

• The correct photos have been uploaded.
• Names are spelled correctly.
• Important details have been included.
• The memories appear in the order you'd like them presented.

Step 5: Let StoryScribe™ Do the Writing

Once you've provided your photos and memories, StoryScribe™ transforms your information into child-friendly story text.

The final text may not use your exact wording. Instead, it is rewritten to create a cohesive, engaging reading experience for your child, while preserving the heart of your memories.

Step 6: Complete Your Order

When you're happy with your book, proceed through checkout to place your order. Our team will take it from there and begin preparing your custom StoryScribe™ book!
